What is it about most popular baby name lists that are so completely addictive when you are expecting a child? Even if you do not want to name your kid after one of the top ten most popular names, or perhaps especially if you don't, you just have to see what's going on out there in the name zeitgeist.

Julianne Moore is a person who is not afraid to take chances in her work. She's played a porn star, a person with multiple chemical sensibility, and The Big Lebowski's daughter, so to imagine her as a lesbian, who is "married" to Annette Bening in the film The Kids Are All Right was not only easy, it was quite blissful. Sitting a few feet away from her listening to her chat about how much she loves Lisa Choldenko's work as a director, she is every bit as elegant and earthy as one would imagine.

Lisa Choldenko films have a unique, sexual energy running through them. She is a master at creating hip, stylish environments where boundaries are blurred and people act on their Freudian impulses. Her movies are a little like watching a train wreck filled with attractive, slightly intoxicated passengers crashing into one another finding some pleasure on the aisle floor. And yes, it is impossible to turn away.
